Former CBA Captain, Charlot Kloof, can boast from yesterday, the title of champion of the Macedonian Basketball League.



The player who passed through CBA, before committing to St. Bonaventure University, was key in the victory of KK MZT Skopje against Karpos Sokol by 86-82 in the fifth and final game of the championship, being awarded MVP of the final. “Kloof was the hero of the night,” headlines the Macedonian newspaper, Skopje, on his website.

The former CBA player gave a recital on the night, scoring 29 points (3/6 in triples), and adding to his stats 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 8 fouls received to finish with 40 efficiency points. The ex-CBA numbers this season have been 13.8 points, 5.1 rebounds and 4.1 assists in domestic competition and 9.3 points and 6.5 assists in the Eurocup.

Rob Orellana, director of the Canarias Basketball Academy, did not want to hide his satisfaction “for the great season that Charlon has had.
