Canarias Basketball Academy has too many players that have been or are about to be called by their national teams for this summer. In that sense, the last one has been Dutch U16 Bjorn Rosman.

Bjorn Rosman

CBA’s center will join the rest of its Dutch teammates right after finishing his studies in Gran Canaria, concretely on the 12th of June. This will be the second time he plays this European Championship that will be organized this year in Sofia (Bulgaria) from the 6th to the 16th of August.

Netherlands, which will compete in the Division B, will try to promote to the Division A this summer: “It is going to be really hard because of the other teams’ quality but we are going to give our best to achieve it”, the Academy’s center expresses and adds that personally he expects “to play every game the best he can”.

In addition, Rosman is satisfied with the evolution he has experienced at Canarias Basketball Academy, as he considers he has improved his “dribbling, low post, defense and physical skills and the mental toughness”, he explains.

That is why he will come back to the Academy the following season: “I like CBA’s method a lot because I had never practised in such a professional environment”.
