Canarias Basketball Academy’s first team lost in the penultimate team of the season vs  Zornotza Saskibaloi Taldea (86-59). Like this, next Saturday it is going to finish its season in Liga Adecco Plata after having fulfilled its aim: surviving relegation.

At País Vasco, Carrión used Berni Hernández, Roberto Guerra, Kaleb Wright, Jacobo Díaz and Kostya Kulikov, whereas the local team chose David Quero, Sasa Borovnjak, Iker Salazar, Martín Schreiber and Ander García.

From the beginning, Zornotza led the game (30-23, minute 10), and in the second period the situation got worse (21-6) for a 51-29 at halftime.

Later, the third quarter kept on the same way (20-14), but CBA could win the last period (86-59).

The most outstanding player was Sasa Borovnjak, who added 15 points and 8 rebounds). In the visiting team, nobody got more than efficiency points and Roberto Guerra was the best with 15 points and 5 rebounds.

Finally, the last game is going to be at Centro Insular de Deportes next Saturday 26th at 1 pm. There will be free entrance.
